This guy, known only as "Old Man", is the first person met in LifeForge. Recently, there has been a lot of people washing up on the beach near his favorite fishing spot.
He will show you how to get started in this new world [also known as the tutorial quests] by giving you various tasks.
Talking to him will give the player the quest "Talk Of The Town" after you have completed all the tutorial quests.
